• It takes us 2 to 3 working days to prepare and pack your order before it is shipped.

Delivery Time

• Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner (Shiprocket), it typically arrives within 5 to 10 working days.

Shipping Charges

• Orders below ₹5000: A shipping fee of ₹30 to ₹70 will be added at checkout.

• Orders above ₹5000: We offer Free Shipping.

Where are my tracking details?

• As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a WhatsApp or email message with your tracking details.

Damaged Items

To help us resolve any issues with items damaged during delivery, please follow these steps:

• Record a video: Please film a clear, continuous video of yourself opening the box for the first time.

• Why it's needed: This video is required for us to process any claims for items that arrive damaged.
