At Krishnaa Sakhii, we put a lot of heart and care into every handcrafted piece. However, we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned during their journey to you.
The 3-Day Window
If you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your parcel. After this period, we will not be able to accept return requests.
The Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
To ensure a fair process for our artisans and our customers, we require a clear, continuous unboxing video.

How to record: Start the video before you open the seal of the package and show the product clearly.

Why it’s needed: Since our pieces are handcrafted and "Slow Made," this video is the only way we can verify damages occurred during transit or before the item reached you. Without a clear unboxing video, we cannot accept a return.
When is a Refund Acceptable?
We offer refunds only in the following cases:

Damaged Product: If the item was damaged during delivery.

Incorrect Product: If you received the wrong size, color, or design.

Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a clear defect that makes it "not proper" to wear.
Note: Small variations in hand-block prints or hand-weaving are natural signs of handcrafted art and are not considered defects.
How to Start a Return

Send your Order ID and the Unboxing Video to us via [WhatsApp/Email].

Once our team verifies the video and the issue, we will guide you on the next steps for the return and refund.
